Refund policy

All VOLT Audio Systems products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the country in which the product was purchased.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

30-Day Return Policy

New and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
